The Executive Director is responsible for fulfilling the Museum’s mission and financial objectives by providing leadership and creative vision for the planning, growth, and administration of all Museum operations. The Executive Director directs innovative efforts to enhance the museum’s fiscal status. The Executive Director serves as the Museum’s primary liaison, promoting a positive image of the Museum in all interactions and activities; works closely with the Museum Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives; plans and manages the business and financial affairs of the Museum and coordinates the work of staff and committees.  The Executive Director works to maintain and enhance the partnership with the City of Columbus and its various departments.-
