Civil War Era Santa.


America’s first unique Santa Claus will be makes an appearance each December at Port Columbus. "Santa as we know him first appeared in Christmas 1862, at an army camp to pass out presents to soldiers," said museum Executive Director Bruce Smith

• 1862 Santa (Kevin Rawlings) will listen to children's want lists
• Photos with Santa are available
• Breakfast with Santa is available
• The museum is decorated throughout with circa 1863 decorations and trees
• Admission to the museum is FREE during the open house
