Ghost Tours + Classes

In mid-2009, a local newspaper columnist heard a few stories of strange occurrences at Port Columbus, and wrote an article about the tales. That single column resulted in a flurry of interest from readers, and Port Columbus was approached by the Alabama Paranormal Research Team about conducting an investigation at the museum. The investigation showed what the research team considered evidence of a high level of activity. Based on the interest generated, the Museum began offering nighttime tours.

These tours are based on the work of the Alabama Paranormal Research Team and Effigy Paranormal from multiple investigations. Hear recordings taken during the investigations in the spot they were recorded, learn about the artifacts nearby and hear the results of the investigations!

Usually the last Thursday of each month, 8:00 p.m.
